Biography: Rainer Zerbst studied modern languages in Tübingen and Wales from 1969 to 1975. From 1976 to 1982 he worked at the University of Tübingen, where he also received his doctorate in 1982. Zerbst has been active as an art, literature, and theater critic ever since.
