Biography: Richie Unterberger is the author of numerous books on rock history, including volumes on The Who, Bob Marley, and 1960s folk-rock. He has lived in the San Francisco region for 35 years and writes regularly for magazines such as MOJO, Record Collector, and The Oxford American. He teaches at several Bay Area universities, including the University of San Francisco, San Francisco State University, and the University of California, Berkeley.
Reuel Golden, former editor-in-chief of the British Journal of Photography, is the photography editor at TASCHEN. For TASCHEN, he has edited titles including Mick Rock: The Rise of David Bowie, the London and New York volumes from the Portrait of a City series, The Rolling Stones, Her Majesty, the National Geographic volumes, the David Bailey SUMO, and Andy Warhol, Polaroids.
