OX DENMARQ is a Danish design brand specializing in handmade furniture, accessories and lighting made from natural, high-quality materials at fair prices. Founded in 2003, the brand began working with vegetable-tanned saddle leather – hence the name OX as a tribute to the animal and the leather. The second part of the name, DENMARQ, refers to the Danish design tradition and production in Denmark, while at the same time honoring co-founder and designer Dennis Marquart.
