This great crystal bowl in the shape of a flower was manufactured in Denmark in the 1970s. Hand-formed from thick crystal glass in an intense cobalt tone, it impresses with its organic, wavy shape with smoothly curved edges, which give the vessel a sculptural character. A perfect example of Mid-Century Modern glass art – an impressive decorative and collector's item, ideal both as a bowl and as a free-standing sculpture. The condition is original with normal signs of wear such as small scratches.
