The Silas dining table made of FSC-certified ash wood in the light grey shade Dust is from the collection of the Dutch brand WOOOD. The Silas series has a contemporary, modern look and offers a good base for furnishing.

The tabletop is made of ash wood (finger-jointed), is sanded and lacquered in the color dust. The frame is made of metal with a matte black powder coating. Ash is a slightly soft wood with a tight, straight grain. Due to its straight grain, ash wood bends well, making it very suitable for the furniture industry. Treated ash wood is strong and resistant, but untreated ash wood can move significantly and yellow quickly. Sanded ash has a clean, smooth appearance. Brushed ash has more character, and band-sawn ash looks very robust and rough.
