The secretary was designed in the 1970s by the well-known Danish designer Arne Wahl Iversen for the furniture manufacturer Vinde Møbelfabrik. Model No. 37. The frame is covered with teak veneer, while the legs are made of solid wood. The surface has been refreshed. Inside, the piece of furniture is equipped with three drawers. Additionally, under the fold-out top, there are two more small drawers, a shelf, and practical compartments.
The secretary is one of the most versatile pieces of furniture ever designed in the history of Danish design. It can serve as a chest of drawers and is therefore ideal as a filing cabinet, for storing toys in a child's room, or as a linen cupboard in the bedroom. Thanks to the fold-out top, the secretary can also be used as a desk. Furthermore, its timeless design adds character to any room. The key is included, and the locks work perfectly. The piece has two holes in the back panel for cables.
