Design piece of a legend: Verner Panton designed the wonderfully timeless TOPAN VP6 pendant lamp back in 1959 for the Astoria Hotel in Trondheim/Norway – the classic has lost none of its modernity since then. Sometimes the simplest things are the most lasting and memorable, and the Topan lamps are a brilliant example of this. The simplicity and coolness of the lamp proves to be lastingly valuable and still enriches every room today with its spherical silhouette in various color tones. The shade is spun into shape from a single piece of aluminum.
