This beautiful set consists of six elegant long drink glasses, designed in the 1970s by Sergio Asti for Arnolfo di Cambio, Italy. The glasses feature a clear, cylindrical design language and are crafted with an enclosed air bubble – a detail that gives them a special sophistication.
Made from Alexandrite or Neodymium glass, they possess a fascinating property: a substance was added to the glass that absorbs yellow light. As a result, the color changes depending on the light source. In daylight or normal lighting, the glasses appear in a delicate lilac or rose tone, while under cold light – such as fluorescent tubes – they shimmer in a violet tone to light blue. An extraordinary set for lovers of exclusive glass art.
