The "Shrink" shelving system by Jörg Höltje and Studio Hausen is a timeless shelf that adds a special flair to any room with its minimalist design and simple system. The shelf boards can be arranged flexibly, allowing for a variety of design possibilities, whether symmetrical, stepped, or completely irregular. The shelf is made from carefully selected wood from sustainable forestry in Bosnia and Herzegovina. By avoiding formaldehyde-containing adhesives and harmful chemicals, the studio places great importance on environmental compatibility. Furthermore, the studio is located in close proximity to the production facility to minimize transport routes and environmental impact. The brackets, small steel clips, are powder-coated in an oven, which guarantees a particularly long lifespan.
