The ErgoPlus MDV sleeping pillow has a shape that slopes backwards on the shoulder side, so that the shoulders find a little space underneath. This makes the shoulder contact with the pillow closer and stabilizes the neck and shoulder area with pressure-relieving comfort. The pillow is available in various sizes for your individual lying comfort. All pillows are equipped with a high-quality cover. The TEMPUR® ErgoPlus MDV sleeping pillow is ideally suited for back sleepers, but can also be used by side sleepers.

Size recommendation:
- Size S for narrow shoulders,
- Size M for a medium, most common shoulder width,
- Size L for broad shoulders,
- Size XL for very broad shoulders.

Overview of comfort levels:
- Soft: Five layers, extra-soft surface for a cozy feel and gentle relief. Ideal for back and side sleepers, not for stomach sleepers.
- Medium-soft: Four layers, offers comfort and support, adapts to body shape. Not suitable for stomach sleepers.
- Medium-firm: Four layers with Dynamic Support Technology for stability and freedom of movement. Suitable for all sleeping positions, including stomach sleepers.
- Medium-firm hybrid: Five layers with pocket springs for dynamic support and high adaptability. Improves sleep quality, particularly adaptable.
- Firm: Offers a firm feel with strong support, ideal for back sleepers.
