Biography: Anna Escardó studied mechanical engineering as well as literary theory and comparative literature. This dual academic background prompted her to embark on a constant search for bridges between the natural sciences and the humanities. She is a member of both the Catalan and Spanish associations for science communication and works as head of communications for the Col·legi Oficial de Disseny Gràfic de Catalunya, mediating specialized content for scientific institutions, cultural institutions, and companies.
Julius Wiedemann studied graphic design and marketing and worked in Tokyo as an art editor for digital media and design magazines. His TASCHEN titles include the Illustration Now! and Record Covers series, as well as collections of infographics and books on advertising and design.
