Biography: Joaquim Paulo is a consultant for various major record labels and manages several radio stations in Portugal. At the age of 15, he began collecting records. He flies to London, Paris, New York, and SΓ£o Paulo to expand his record collection, which now comprises over 25,000 LPs. Paulo lives and works in Lisbon. He uses his free time to restore old and rare record recordings.
Julius Wiedemann studied graphic design and marketing and worked in Tokyo as an art editor for digital media and design magazines. His TASCHEN titles include the Illustration Now! and Record Cover series, as well as collections of infographics and books on advertising and design.
