Shelley-Maree Cassidy is a writer and marketing specialist living in New Zealand. She is the author of two books about hotels around the world and writes travel articles for various newspapers and magazines. Her particular interest in hotels has a family background: her great-grandparents owned several of the first hotels in her native New Zealand.
