Kelims are double-sided, flat-woven wool rugs with a characteristic slit weave, where the colors change at the slits. The design features typical Gashgai motifs such as rhombuses, squares, stripes, and Caucasian star patterns. The color palette includes blue, yellow, red, green, and beige.
