HPL panels consist of a resin-impregnated wood fiber or paper core and several top layers. The panels are pressed under pressure and at high temperatures. The thermoplastic material is highly compacted after the pressing process, creating a hard, weather-resistant surface that easily withstands sunlight and moisture for a long time.
