JOHAN is a classic and beautiful sofa upholstered in an exclusive aniline leather in cognac. The design is simple and inspired by the 50s – which is particularly evident in the angled oak legs and the visible wooden frame. Aniline leather is the most natural leather in the furniture industry. Because it does not undergo any extra treatment or surface protection, the natural markings of the leather are highlighted. Thus, the leather can also breathe. For this, only top-quality leather is used, which has hardly any irregularities. SOFACOMPANY uses full-grain European aniline leather, where the surface is only naturally cared for with oil. This contributes to the beautiful cognac colour of the leather and also to its comfort and exclusivity, as it feels particularly soft and flexible and neither too cold nor too warm. Aniline leather only becomes more beautiful with time.

We also use high-quality HR foam, which makes the sofa both comfortable and particularly durable.
