Biography: Richie Unterberger is the author of numerous books on rock history, including volumes on The Who, Bob Marley, and 1960s folk-rock. He has lived in the San Francisco area for 35 years and regularly writes for magazines such as MOJO, Record Collector, and The Oxford American. He teaches at several Bay Area universities, including the University of San Francisco, San Francisco State University, and the University of California, Berkeley.
Reuel Golden, former editor-in-chief of the British Journal of Photography, is the editor for photography at TASCHEN. For TASCHEN, he has edited titles including Mick Rock: The Rise of David Bowie, the volumes on London and New York from the series Portrait of a City, The Rolling Stones, Her Majesty, the photobooks on National Geographic, the David Bailey SUMO, and Andy Warhol, Polaroids.
