These vintage rugs are made from used Persian rugs, found and redesigned in Iran. Local designers recycle old, handmade rugs as raw material for their art. Each rug is carefully selected and undergoes a special process of washing and color neutralization. Parts of the pile are removed or reduced to create a new design. Subsequently, the rug is dyed in new colors and patterns. As these are vintage rugs, signs of wear are part of the character and reflect the history of the product.
